Postdoctoral Positions in Biomedical Engineering, Aalborg University

Denmark. Open for application, postdoctoral positions in Biomedical Engineering within the Faculties of Engineering, Science and Medicine, Department of Health Science and Technology. The research potential of each applicant will be emphasized in the overall assessment.

Appointment to Postdoc presupposes scientific qualifications at PhD level or similar scientific qualifications. Appointment to Postdoc cannot exceed a period of four years in total at the same institution.

Research areas will be within biomedical engineering with a focus on peripheral neural recording and stimulation techniques in implantable rehabilitation technologies. It is an advantage that the candidate has previous experience with design, implementation and test of implantable electrodes .Limited teaching within the area can be expected, but also in other study programmes at the University.The application must include documentation for:

• Education
• Research qualifications. List of publications with indication of which works the applicant considers particularly relevant must be enclosed, as well as 3 copies of each of the works the applicant wishes to be considered by the assessment committee
• Previous employment.
