Full time doctoral students positions are being offered by a team of researchers from Deakin Business School. Doctoral students will be involved in investigating aspects of organisational behaviour and psychology in the law enforcement and health care sectors.
This is a fully funded doctoral students positions for a period of 3 years. The award value would be AUD 30,000 p.a.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on leading employment and organisational development issues including employee engagement, retention management, leaderships, job stress and employee wellbeing. This position is likely to suit either a recent honours graduate or an experienced practitioner who has honours – equivalent expertise.
The issues addressed in this project cover a range of disciplines (organisational psychology, human resource management, organisational behaviour, OHS) and have a significant impact on the lives of individual employees as well as the effectiveness of organisations.
The fields of research comply with this positions are Business and management or Psychology. It is required that the study starts no later than April 30, 2008. Interested candidates are expected to have achieved Honours 1 or equivalent, or Honours 2a or equivalent. Only citizens of Australia or New Zealand or permanent residents can apply.
