Seeking additional grant funds to further your research, assist costs of your sabbatical, study abroad, post-doctoral research, or to supplement your research grant?
The Janus-Patents Intellectual Property Fellowship is available to students seeking additional grant funds to further their research, assist costs of their sabbatical, study abroad, post-doctoral research or to supplement their research grant. You must come up with an innovation that is worthy of a patent to receive ninety percent of the revenue generated from a licensing or venture agreement. A minimum of 5 percent from your 90 percent return must be allocated to promote education at an educational institution of your choosing.
Submit your innovation by completing the invention disclosure form (IDS).
Request the IDS via email: Ideas@Janus-Patents.com
Your idea will be indexed for free & brought to the attention of potential investors and licensors whom are interested in licensing or investing in your intellectual Property (IP).
If Janus-Patents selects your submission & your invention disclosure is licensed (or receives venture capital), you will receive 90% of the revenue generated from a licensing agreement or venture agreement. The other 10% will be used for administration, licensing fees, & patent protection.
In addition, a portion (of at least 5%) from your 90% must be allocated to promote education at an educational institution of your choosing. This philanthropic part is used to further awareness of and access to scientific, medical, IT, software, or engineering education at that institution.
New Ideas must be submitted via email by June 30th 2007
